What you will do

  • Execute territory strategies to win enterprise business, grow market presence, and consistently exceed targets.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closure, to deliver predictable, high-performance results.
  • Articulate value by building trusted executive relationships, addressing business challenges, and positioning hirify.global as the partner of choice.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and contribute to shared success.
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise accounts, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles and engage diverse stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Skilled in prospecting, pipeline development, and forecasting, applying a structured yet flexible approach to meet targets.
  • Expertise in solution selling, with the ability to understand customer needs and position software solutions (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX platforms).
  • Growth-oriented, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
