What you will do

• Lead global demand generation campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
• Design integrated, multi-channel campaigns leveraging digital channels, paid media, webinars, events, and sales enablement assets.
• Manage and develop a team of global campaign managers, establishing best practices and scalable frameworks.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, and Field Marketing to translate value propositions into compelling narratives.
• Define success metrics, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Oversee campaign planning processes, timelines, resource allocation, and ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing with an end-to-end focus on global campaign management.
• Proven track record leading global campaign strategy and execution.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
