What you will do
- Own the strategy, development, execution, and measurement of customer advocacy programs.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Sales, and Community teams.
- Recruit, nurture, and activate advocates across various channels.
- Strengthen brand, sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer success, business development, or broader marketing roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building and running customer advocacy programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Exceptional storytelling and confident communicator.
- Analytical, organized, and execution-focused problem solver.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience operating and managing a customer advocacy platform, especially ReferenceEdge.
- Experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track advocacy activity.
- Proactively adopt AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and enhance experiences.
