TL;DR

Director of Demand Generation (Cybersecurity): Leading the demand generation function within a fast-growing cybersecurity startup, focusing on creating and optimizing lead generation campaigns. Focus on driving alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, and using data analytics to improve campaign performance and ROI.

Location: Hybrid in Redwood City, CA, or Remote/WFH within the U.S.

Salary: $200,000 - $285,000 USD

What you will do

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, including webinars, podcasts, marketing events, and advertising sponsorships.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment on campaigns and ensure pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build weekly data insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI across multiple marketing channels.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing demand generation and campaigns team.
  • Understand and address customer needs at every stage of the buyer's journey.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Demand Generation experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B, SaaS, or Cybersecurity company.
  • Proven experience running integrated campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise organizations' decision-making processes.
  • Expertise in creating programs for each stage of the buyer's journey that add value, create engagement, and drive action.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and iterate campaign success.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and organizational abilities.
