What you will do

  • Lead the strategic execution of integrated campaigns and always-on programs to drive pipeline and revenue growth for the Emerging Small Business segment.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Development, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Brand teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Design and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, outbound, inbound, nurture, enablement) to accelerate acquisition and expansion.
  • Collaborate across content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and relevance across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor campaign performance using key KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, bookings, and conversion rates.
  • Implement personalization at scale using AI-driven content and targeting to deliver dynamic experiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or segment marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience managing full-funnel strategy and delivering results through collaboration.
  • Experience working with Sales, Sales Development, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo, AI platforms), Salesforce, reporting tools (PowerBI), ABM orchestration tools (6Sense, Sendoso), and data tools (D&B, ZoomInfo).
  • Experience using AI and AI-related technologies, with a readiness to apply AI daily to business challenges.
