TL;DR

Location: This role is based in-person at our office in Shoreditch, London.

What you will do

  • Lead outbound sales across the UK and EMEA, carrying a personal quota to set benchmarks.
  • Coach and manage performance of Outbound Account Executives, running pipeline reviews and deal coaching.
  • Own and execute outbound strategy, including ICP targeting, segmentation, and coverage models.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain operational discipline in CRM tools like HubSpot and Lemlist.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Growth to share insights and influence roadmap.
  • Align with global sales leadership on territory planning and compensation strategy.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of sales experience, with 3+ years leading high-velocity teams.
  • Proven track record of building and leading quota-carrying outbound teams.
  • Strong fluency in structured sales methodologies (MEDPICC + Challenger).
  • A gritty, builder mindset to create and improve processes.
  • Highly analytical approach to pipeline, forecasting, and conversion metrics.
  • Experience selling across multiple markets (UK + broader EMEA is a bonus).
  • Comfort leading distributed teams across time zones and cultures (multilingual a plus).
  • Strong SaaS / ARR fundamentals and commercial instincts.
