What you will do
- Source and prospect leads to build the sales pipeline.
- Engage midmarket accounts through social selling and account mapping.
- Execute daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences.
- Collaborate closely with market Account Executives.
- Nurture prospects from initial contact to discovery sessions.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and data using CRM and sales development tools.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in outbound business development.
- Strong business acumen, charisma, ambition, resilience, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data to achieve sales targets.
- Proactive learner, open to new skills and experimentation.
- English proficiency required.
- Highly organized and productive.
- Strong team player.
Nice to have
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound business development within a Tech/SaaS environment.
