TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AdTech): Managing and growing a portfolio of global accounts, specifically for the GSA region, on digital advertising platforms with an accent on building trust-based relationships, driving platform adoption, and ensuring client stickiness and performance. Focus on translating customer goals into strategic plans, improving operational processes, and supporting commercial discussions for partnership expansion.

Location: Hybrid, must be able to work from the New York City office 3 days a week

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across digital platforms like DV360, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta.
  • Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and guide hirify.global platform adoption.
  • Drive strategic alignment by translating customer goals into platform outcomes and success plans.
  • Establish clear operating rhythms and improve day-to-day execution for customers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to solve customer challenges and share feedback.
  • Act as a consultative partner, bringing industry insights and hirify.global recommendations to customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience (paid social and/or Google), ideally within SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of paid social, Google, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex ideas and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the New York City office 3 days a week.
  • Able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences and industry events.
