Account Development Manager (SaaS): Establishing and growing relationships with existing clients to expand hirify.global product usage, managing the full sales cycle, and proactively helping customers maximize product value. Location: Remote in Ireland. hirify.global promotes a hybrid model for team members near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, and Tallinn, with 2-3 in-office days per week to foster collaboration.

What you will do

  • Actively prospect into existing accounts via outbound calls.
  • Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing.
  • Strategize big deals with the territory team and leaders.
  • Leverage Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to share expertise and best practices on using hirify.global efficiently (team members spend about 80% of their work time on calls).

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • 1+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points.
