What you will do

• Secure new Enterprise accounts in the Public Sector, establishing long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategies for identifying and winning high-potential accounts in untapped markets.
• Manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• Drive growth of hirify.global usage in newly won accounts to maximize customer impact.
• Establish C-Level relationships with key stakeholders across Engineering, Platform, Architecture, and Data Science.
• Orchestrate hirify.global teams and ecosystem partners to maximize your sales motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling multi-million dollar complex software deals to recognizable Public Sector organizations.
• Knowledge of Public Sector priorities, buying processes, and decision-making.
• Background in selling usage-based PaaS/SaaS solutions or Data/AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in sales methodologies and processes, including MEDDPICC and value selling.
• 5+ years of experience in hunting in a greenfield space while expanding existing accounts.
• Understanding of how to develop and successfully manage a clear partner strategy.
