Location: Hybrid in Burnaby or Toronto, Canada (min. twice per week in office).
Salary: $76,500–$103,500 CAD

What you will do
- Impact KPIs such as proactive churn prevention, adoption, expansion, and customer retention.
- Proactively call customers to ensure they are receiving value from hirify.global and re-engage usage.
- Identify, act upon, and drive revenue opportunities, providing analysis on conversion success.
- Lead individual and group strategy/training sessions to drive Product Adoption.
- Become an expert in hirify.global’s suite of products, especially AI-powered solutions, and understand common customer workflows.
- Share feedback with the Product organization to ensure customer-centric building.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Success/Service/Support experience.
- 2+ years in an account manager or similar function.
- Sales experience and experience working closely with Sales organizations.
- A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
- SaaS experience.
- Must be based in Burnaby or Toronto, Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal technology or legal background.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience working with generative AI tools.
