TL;DR

Intermediate Customer Account Manager (AI): Managing and retaining hirify.global customers to maximize product adoption and prevent churn with an accent on driving revenue opportunities, re-engaging users, and leading product adoption sessions. Focus on understanding product usage data, customer personas, and leveraging AI-powered solutions to ensure customer value and satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid in Burnaby or Toronto, Canada (min. twice per week in office).

Salary: $76,500–$103,500 CAD

What you will do

  • Impact KPIs such as proactive churn prevention, adoption, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Proactively call customers to ensure they are receiving value from hirify.global and re-engage usage.
  • Identify, act upon, and drive revenue opportunities, providing analysis on conversion success.
  • Lead individual and group strategy/training sessions to drive Product Adoption.
  • Become an expert in hirify.global’s suite of products, especially AI-powered solutions, and understand common customer workflows.
  • Share feedback with the Product organization to ensure customer-centric building.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Success/Service/Support experience.
  • 2+ years in an account manager or similar function.
  • Sales experience and experience working closely with Sales organizations.
  • A keen interest in improving your craft by using AI.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Must be based in Burnaby or Toronto, Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal technology or legal background.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience working with generative AI tools.
