What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including prospecting, demos, and multi-threading across district stakeholders.
  • Represent hirify.global at conferences and in-person meetings with district leaders, especially superintendents and directors of curriculum.
  • Understand district needs regarding math achievement, funding, and teacher support, aligning them with hirify.global’s solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including district success managers, marketing, and product, to refine the sales approach.
  • Act as an owner, identifying and proactively solving problems to contribute to company building.

Requirements

  • Deep commitment to public education and belief in math as a gateway to opportunity.
  • Sales experience (4+ years of software sales experience preferred; EdTech experience is a bonus).
  • Demonstrated competitive drive, self-starter mentality, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with outbound phone calls.
  • Eagerness to grow within a team and make a meaningful impact.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for conferences and in-person meetings.
