What you will do

• Own the full enterprise motion, managing the entire sales cycle.
• Identify and capture high-potential opportunities for hirify.global's custom branded models and workflow integrations.
• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to potential and existing customers across various teams.
• Design sales strategies across segments and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Build scalable sales operations, defining playbooks and pricing strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Experience with generative AI, creative tools, or a technical background.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across various departments.
• Builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-evolving environments.
• Curious problem solver, passionate about customer success.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) 30-40% of the time.
