What you will do
- Research and identify target pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO companies.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events) and inbound follow-up.
- Secure meetings between qualified prospects and Clinical Solutions Directors.
- Manage and track outreach activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to refine outreach strategies and value messaging.
- Support marketing campaigns and conference follow-ups.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (ideally in life sciences, SaaS, or healthtech).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Strong curiosity about AI, clinical trials, and digital transformation in healthcare.
Nice to have
- Interest or background in clinical research, pharma, or biotechnology.
- Additional European languages are a plus.
