Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain. This is not a 100% remote role, requiring three days a week in the office.

- Proactively engage qualified leads from inbound campaigns and nurture customer relationships.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs and pain points.
- Effectively communicate hirify.global's value proposition to drive qualified meetings.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate effectively with other hirify.global teams for seamless customer interactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of motivation and drive to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Swedish.
- Less than a year of sales experience.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
- Previous cold call experience.
