What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with Strategic Account Executives to develop outbound strategies targeting high-potential enterprise accounts.
  • Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to initiate personalized outreach.
  • Engage prospects through a combination of cold calls, emails, social selling, events, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly qualified opportunity and activity targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in SDR/BDR/MDR/ISR roles with strong outbound focus (preferably B2B or SaaS).
  • Background in Tech, SaaS, IT, or HR preferred.
  • Native-level French and fluent English required.
  • Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and uncovering pain points.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying focused on quality and outcomes.
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or SalesLoft.
