What you will do
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for net-new logos in the ROW and UK strategic segment.
- Become an expert in brand management, understanding hirify.global's value proposition and use cases.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders using a multithreading approach to engage decision-makers.
- Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises through value selling.
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal progression and customer success.
Requirements
- 6+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally within Martech, owning the full sales cycle with strong forecast accuracy.
- Met and exceeded net-new logo sales goals of $1.2M+ in the enterprise sector.
- Ability to think strategically at the C-suite level, demonstrating executive presence and credibility.
- Experience in proactively analyzing business models, financial performance, and operational priorities.
- Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to join the London office twice per week.
