TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Martech): Driving the full sales cycle to acquire net-new logos in the EMEA Enterprise Sales team with an accent on consultative selling, pipeline management, and strategic negotiations. Focus on building C-suite relationships, understanding brand management, and achieving sales goals in a complex enterprise SaaS environment.

Location: Hybrid role requiring attendance at the London office twice per week.

What you will do

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for net-new logos in the ROW and UK strategic segment.
  • Become an expert in brand management, understanding hirify.global's value proposition and use cases.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders using a multithreading approach to engage decision-makers.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises through value selling.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal progression and customer success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of closing experience in SaaS, ideally within Martech, owning the full sales cycle with strong forecast accuracy.
  • Met and exceeded net-new logo sales goals of $1.2M+ in the enterprise sector.
  • Ability to think strategically at the C-suite level, demonstrating executive presence and credibility.
  • Experience in proactively analyzing business models, financial performance, and operational priorities.
  • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC qualification framework.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to join the London office twice per week.

  • Other languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus.
