Services Sales Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving the sales of cybersecurity services to potential and existing clients, aligning hirify.global’s strengths with customer needs to defeat advanced attackers. Focus on running a sophisticated sales motion from prospecting to closure, collaborating with internal teams, and becoming a trusted advisor in the cybersecurity industry.

Location: Remote (USA), with occasional travel for high-touch accounts. This role requires candidates to be based in the USA.

Salary: $105,000 – $163,000 per year

What you will do

  • Become a trusted advisor in the Cyber Security Industry, specializing in hirify.global services and products.
  • Identify and engage new and existing clients to expand hirify.global services opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closure, collaborating with regional sales teams.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Forecast pipeline updates and report to the management team.
  • Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination for urgent matters (e.g., incident response).

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience generating net new business.
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales program development experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in an individual contributor role.
  • Experience selling complex multi-product architectures to Mid-Enterprise organizations and C-level executives.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.
  • Flexibility for modified work hours to accommodate other time zones and ability to travel 25-50%.
