Technical Account Manager

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive product adoption, expansion, and advocacy.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing GRC subject-matter expertise and technical Risk Cloud product advice.
• Own customer health tracking and proactively engage at-risk customers with winning solutions.
• Support implementation project management and serve as a technical expert on GRC programs and use cases.
• Conduct training and provide resources for Power Users and end users on the Risk Cloud platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams for a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• 5+ Years Experience in GRC or Risk Advisory.
• Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts.
• Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001.
• Passion for SaaS applications, understanding the value and limitations of the Risk Cloud platform.
• Great people skills with the ability to quickly understand your audience and tailor messages.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts/priorities at a time, with strong organization and attention to detail.
