What you will do

• Accountable for affiliate-driven acquisition and revenue, from strategy to execution.
• Design and launch automated onboarding, education, and activation journeys for long-tail partners.
• Create and run a relationship-driven program for high-potential and top-performing affiliates.
• Partner closely with internal teams to adopt new tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Work with Product and Growth teams to align affiliates with launches, positioning, and use cases.
• Manage and mentor the affiliate team, starting with one direct report.
