TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving new business within mid-market enterprises by leveraging consultative selling techniques for a people intelligence and AI company. Location: On-site in San Francisco, California

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 base, with $240,000–$300,000 OTE (California)

What you will do

  • Research prospective customers and execute strategic outreach into ideal accounts.
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, attending trade shows, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to understand customer pain points and sell solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure ideal customer solutions with the hirify.global platform.
  • Build presentations and conduct research to present at the executive level.
  • Manage pipeline diligently and negotiate, structure, price, and efficiently close deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years at the Account Executive level with a verified track record of exceeding quota.
  • Extensive understanding of data and its many applications/use cases.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, cultivating accounts, and building a robust pipeline.
  • Extensive experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach/Groove, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Solid understanding of data businesses, paid marketing, and data analytics.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, adtech, and martech ecosystems.
  • Understanding of CRM technology & APIs.
