Manager, Corporate Sales (Cybersecurity): Managing and leading a corporate sales team focused on growing revenue bookings and market share for a cybersecurity platform in North Asia with an accent on developing go-to-market plans and establishing sales best practices. Focus on exceeding sales quotas, maintaining strong pipeline accuracy, and fostering team professional development.
Location: Must be based in Taiwan or Singapore

What you will do
- Lead and manage a corporate sales team to achieve top performance and exceed quarterly/annual quotas.
- Develop and execute territory, team, and quarterly plans to maximize growth opportunities in North Asia.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate management and reporting.
- Foster Account Executives' professional career development through frequent sales and product skills training.
- Generate a pipeline of candidates for hiring purposes, building a team of ‘hunters’.
- Collaborate effectively with the Channel Team, Partner community, and Distributors.
Requirements
- Proven track record within Corporate Sales Management.
- Ability to leverage channel partners to drive successful customer outcomes.
- A good understanding of cybersecurity technologies.
- Proven leadership experience in a direct Management role.
- Experience working in a hyper-growth environment with aggressive year-over-year growth.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice to have
- Cyber Security industry experience.
- Experience with cloud-native security platforms and solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies.
- Business fluency in Mandarin, Korean, or Cantonese.
