TL;DR

Manager, Strategic Inside Sales (SaaS): Guiding and growing an Inside Sales team to capture new business and expand existing clients with an accent on leading and closing smaller "run rate" deals and assisting with larger, more complex deals. Focus on fostering a high-performance culture, developing KPIs, and directing team execution to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Location: This role can be based remotely within the US or onsite in any US office, including Carpinteria, California, or Austin, Texas. Consideration for Los Angeles County candidates will be in accordance with local laws.

Salary: Base Pay Range: $131,040 - $180,180 USD Annually, On Target Earning Range: $218,400 - $300,300 USD Annually

hirify.global is a product company actively seeking a Manager, Strategic Inside Sales to guide and grow a team focused on capturing new business and expanding existing clients within a SaaS environment.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives to develop and close opportunities, driving new revenue for Procore.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Inside Sales Representatives through multiple recruiting channels.
  • Provide training and support to the team, enhancing their understanding of Procore’s products and best practices.
  • Conduct regular call and presentation reviews, as well as pipeline and deal reviews to help reps win deals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow-up.
  • Provide detailed analysis, reporting on team performance, and accurate forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years in quota-carrying software sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record in hiring, developing, and promoting inside sales representatives.
  • Experience selling via product demonstrations, email, and social selling.
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology.
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
