Location: Hybrid work in New York City. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Salary: $215,000–$235,000 base salary for New York City-based hires.

What you will do

• Own the affiliate channel end-to-end, accountable for acquisition and revenue.
• Build scalable onboarding and activation for long-tail partners.
• Develop a high-touch program for top partners with personalized support and co-marketing opportunities.
• Evolve the program with technology and AI to improve onboarding, support, and activation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to align affiliates with launches and strategy.
• Lead and grow the affiliate team, defining organizational design and processes.

Requirements
