What you will do

  • Create optimized operations models by analyzing past plans and feedback.
  • Develop a comprehensive operations strategy roadmap with internal and external partners.
  • Manage all program operations communications including project plans, DACI, and logistics.
  • Implement comprehensive internal and external customer service plans.
  • Utilize best-in-class technology, materials, and systems to elevate program operations.
  • Support the team in exceeding key metrics like registration, attendance, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of event marketing experience, especially in large-scale program operations.
  • Strong project and time management, managing multiple priorities within deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Excel, Mac, Salesforce, Asana, and Rainfocus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Metrics-driven, enjoying data analysis from the conference platform.
