What you will do

• Conduct intake and review of complex sales opportunities for completeness and readiness.
• Collect, review, and validate supporting artifacts, including related agreements and pricing.
• Manage collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Contracts/Legal, Pricing, and Compliance.
• Promote communication between Sales and internal partners during deal structuring and approval.
• Track deal progress and dependencies, holding team members accountable to timelines and SLAs.
• Ensure all required approvals are secured, documented, and recorded before opportunities progress.
• Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and quality gaps, recommending process improvements and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting complex B2B sales processes, deal governance, or revenue operations.
• Experience working with multiple internal teams and partners.
• High judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
