What you will do

• Support Global Sales teams with deal desk guidance and process improvements.
• Foster best practices for sales effectiveness via structured deal reviews.
• Drive process and systems requirements for quote-to-order, including CPQ.
• Lead evaluation and review of all contracts for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Ensure proper documentation and escalation for non-standard deals.
• Assist on internal contract negotiations, including deal structure and discounting.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Deal Desk or a related function within SaaS or AI.
• Experience with complex, cross-functional deal/contract management.
• Understanding of the quote-to-order process.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills and practical judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree.
