TL;DR

Account Executive (Fintech): Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for Mid-Market deals with an accent on high outbound activity and cultivating enduring client relationships. Focus on coordinating compelling online demos, creatively sourcing leads, and mastering sales tools for efficient operations.

Location: This position requires 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) in our Tempe office for the first 90 days. After this initial period, the role is remote within the USA.

Salary: $70,000 - $70,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for Mid-Market deals, from prospecting to close, including coordinating online demos.
  • Engage in high outbound activity, making 55+ cold calls daily and strategically targeting named accounts and key personas.
  • Creatively source leads through self-prospecting and by leveraging company resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Account Management team for new account onboarding and growth.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with businesses, encouraging exclusive utilization of hirify.global for hotel bookings.
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline and develop expertise in sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1+ years of B2B Sales Representative or SDR/BDR experience.
  • Expertise with outbound prospecting techniques, tools, and processes (Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong).
  • A track record of high achievements and consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
