What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing mid-market deals.
• Execute high-volume outbound activities including 55+ cold calls per day.
• Deliver engaging online product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to facilitate smooth customer onboarding.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline using Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
• Must be able to work on-site in Tempe, Arizona, with a 5-day office requirement for the first 90 days.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Expertise in outbound prospecting techniques and modern sales enablement tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
