What you will do
- Manage the existing market with the aim of maximizing revenue, driving upsell and upgrades, and improving customer experience.
- Identify upsell/upgrade opportunities and contact customers via phone, email, or webinar.
- Develop content to improve value perception, such as hosting webinars to target specific customer groups.
- Coordinate with frontline teams to open further opportunities for upsell and ensure content is effective.
- Track and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and suggest process improvements to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer facing roles such as Business development or SDR (Sales Development Representative).
- Experience in sales or upselling/inside sales - comfortable with proactive outreach to hirify.global network members.
- Passion for excellent customer service.
- Comfortable dealing with unhappy customers.
- Ability to interpret data to identify actions.
- Fluent in Italian as a must
Nice to have
- Digital marketing experience a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
