What you will do
- Partner with senior business owners to balance operational needs with platform scalability.
- Own the strategic product roadmap for Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Lead discovery to identify needs, dependencies, and risks, translating them into prioritized product outcomes.
- Champion data governance, usability, and system integrity.
- Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of workflows.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of product managers and systems support specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Publishing, Information Systems, Data, or a related field.
- Extensive leadership experience in product management, platform ownership, or process optimization.
- Experience owning and evolving Salesforce or comparable enterprise CRM platforms.
- Proven track record of senior stakeholder management in complex, global environments.
- Experience building, scaling, or transforming teams or functions.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to have
- Agile certifications (SAFe, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent).
- Product management certification.
- Project or programme management certification.
