What you will do

• Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and identify innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for successful product development.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and inform decision-making.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello.
• Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of Lending, regulatory reporting, Securities Trading, and Legal reporting.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree preferred.
• Other European languages (preferably German) are a plus.
