Product Manager

TL;DR

Product Manager: Taking ownership of a product roadmap from end-to-end, shaping strategy, running discovery, delivering iteratively with Engineering and Design, and measuring impact. Focus on validating problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments and translating insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritized work.

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire (Hybrid 1-2 days onsite)

Salary: £65,000–£70,000 per annum + package

What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for your product area, aligned to organisational priorities.
• Maintain an outcome-based roadmap with hypotheses, success measures, and clear sequencing.
• Run continuous discovery: customer interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and frontline insight.
• Validate problem statements and solution options using lightweight experiments where appropriate.
• Translate insights into clear opportunities, requirements, and prioritized work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role.
• Must have experience of owning a product roadmap.
• Experience of working with technical delivery teams.
• Comfortable working as part of a smaller team and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
