Head of Product (Search & Commerce): Defining and executing the product vision and strategy for hirify.global’s core search, discovery, and purchase journey across web and mobile with an accent on commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and platform scalability. Location: Hybrid in London, UK, requiring a minimum of 60% office attendance over a 12-week period. A 28-day Work from Abroad policy is available.
Salary: £120,000–£130,000, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do
- Set and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy for Search & Commerce, aligning with company growth goals and international expansion.
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for discovery, booking, and purchase across web and mobile.
- Champion a personalized, dynamic, and friction-free customer experience, grounding decisions in deep qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Partner with Engineering to ensure product delivery, platform health, performance, and scalability.
- Drive commercial outcomes including conversion, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value through product decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers within the Search & Commerce domain.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading product strategy and delivery for core consumer purchase or booking experiences at scale.
- Proven track record owning and optimizing search-driven or funnel-based ecommerce experiences in a multi-market environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect customer experience decisions to growth and revenue.
- Deep experience using data, experimentation, and insight to drive product decisions.
- Comfort operating in technically complex environments and partnering closely with senior engineering leaders.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influence at VP and Exec level.
- Work from office a minimum of 60% of the time over a 12-week period in London.
