What you will do

• Own and define the Phorest Go (mobile app) strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design) to deliver impactful outcomes and drive adoption/engagement.
• Use data and customer insights to identify market opportunities and improve customer/business results.
• Develop and communicate clear business cases, user stories, and product requirements.
• Track and report performance metrics, iterating based on outcomes and maintaining up-to-date documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with mobile applications.
• Previous experience operating in agile development.
• Ability to independently manage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in data-led decision making using adoption, engagement, and monetisation metrics.
• Proven track record of leading through influence across cross-functional squads.
