What you will do
- Lead Paid Search strategy for 4–5 high-stakes retail brands, ensuring performance aligns with P&L and business goals.
- Develop Paid Search offering with the Head of Paid Search by testing new features and betas, and lead commercial discussions on scope, pricing, and growth opportunities.
- Translate strategy into clear targets and action plans.
- Build senior client partnerships focused on long-term growth and innovation.
- Work with the Head of Paid Search to define frameworks, playbooks, and QA processes.
- Mentor Specialists and Senior Specialists, and raising delivery standards, with potential to grow into a Paid Search Team Lead role.
Requirements
- 8–11 years of Paid Search experience from agency or in-house environments, with strong exposure to eCommerce and retail.
- Proven experience leading complex, high-budget accounts and senior client relationships.
- Advanced expertise across platforms such as Google Ads and SA360, with the ability to translate technical setups into commercial impact.
- A track record of driving sustained performance growth through strategic roadmaps, testing frameworks, and innovation.
- Strong commercial judgement, including experience managing scope, priorities, and client expectations.
- A hands-on mindset and the credibility to guide teams while remaining close to execution.
