What you will do
- Own the quality and performance of all Amazon and Paid Search output, both client-facing and operational.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across both Amazon and Google channels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the competencies of a hybrid team across markets, ensuring continuous upskilling.
- Establish and refine strong ways of working across markets and platforms, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Develop a strategic understanding of TCCC’s business and KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities, trends, and new platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Solid experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including setup, optimisation and reporting
- Experience in Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP) and a strong grasp of retail media performance levers.
- Strong understanding of both search and retail media’s strategic and tactical applications in full-funnel digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, developing talent, and establishing robust ways of working.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
