Performance Marketing Creative Strategist (Ecommerce): Leading the direction of short-form, high-impact content across paid channels, fusing brand storytelling with data-driven performance. Focus on turning performance insights into creative direction, from writing hooks and scripts to storyboarding concepts, for new customer acquisition in a D2C/Ecommerce environment.

Location: Flexible remote-first working setup, with a requirement to be accessible to London for ad-hoc shoots/events etc.

Salary: £45,000–£65,000

What you will do

  • Lead the direction of short-form, high-impact content across paid channels.
  • Fuse brand storytelling with data-driven performance.
  • Turn performance insights into creative direction (writing hooks, scripts, storyboarding).
  • Collaborate across marketing, content, design, and performance teams for a cohesive paid ad strategy.
  • Deliver creative work at pace to grow brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

  • Blend creative ideation with data-led thinking in a performance-driven environment.
  • Experience in D2C/Ecommerce (non-negotiable).
  • Confidence in translating performance insights into clear creative recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (particularly Meta/TikTok).
  • Ability to craft scroll-stopping ads with emotional hooks and smart CTAs.
  • Requirement to be accessible to London for ad-hoc shoots/events etc.
