- Collaborate across marketing, content, design, and performance teams for a cohesive paid ad strategy.
- Deliver creative work at pace to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements
- Blend creative ideation with data-led thinking in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience in D2C/Ecommerce (non-negotiable).
- Confidence in translating performance insights into clear creative recommendations.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics (particularly Meta/TikTok).
- Ability to craft scroll-stopping ads with emotional hooks and smart CTAs.
- Requirement to be accessible to London for ad-hoc shoots/events etc.
