What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of designated search accounts, ensuring timely and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with Account Directors to devise campaign strategies and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Take ownership of client or team deliverables, guiding junior team members effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and key suppliers.
- Lead by example, motivating and coaching junior team members while managing their workloads.
- Maximise operational efficiencies by utilizing available technology and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in search campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360.
- Strong understanding of the strategic and tactical applications of paid search and digital marketing.
- Proven ability to lead and promote continuous innovation and test-and-learn opportunities.
- Exceptional account management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate others.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
- Must be based in the UK and require individuals to have the right to work in this location.
