TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Driving the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities with an accent on lead generation through outbound targeting and multi-touch activity. Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, requiring in-office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $60,000–$85,000 CAD annually (includes base and target commission).

What you will do

  • Generate leads through outbound account targeting, cold calling, and multi-touch activities, and follow up on inbound marketing leads.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly objectives for leads and new meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with the broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth across sales teams.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of hirify.global’s product and service value propositions.
  • Maintain high call volumes and align with marketing initiatives for outreach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proven track record with new account development.
  • English: B2 required.
