What you will do
- Generate leads through outbound account targeting, cold calling, and multi-touch activities, and follow up on inbound marketing leads.
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives for leads and new meetings.
- Work collaboratively with the broader sales organization to drive pipeline growth across sales teams.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of hirify.global’s product and service value propositions.
- Maintain high call volumes and align with marketing initiatives for outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
- 1+ years inside sales software experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
- Proven track record with new account development.
- English: B2 required.
