hirify.global is a quickly growing payouts platform enabling businesses to manage payments globally for creators, on-demand workers, and suppliers.

What you will do

  • Source, generate, and qualify sales qualified leads (SQLs) from targeted industry categories/verticals.
  • Create a great first impression for prospects by providing an exceptional, customer-first experience.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points to assess if hirify.global's solution is a good fit.
  • Manage existing customer databases using Salesforce and Apollo, ensuring all communications are logged and tracked.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales/technology-related setting.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience generating leads or selling B2B Fintech or technology-based solutions.
  • Strong desire to be in technology sales and a strong technical aptitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Apollo, and Clearbit.

Nice to have

  • AI-tooling experience.
