What you will do
- Manage a high volume of accounts, including renewals, expansion, and net-new opportunities.
- Proactively engage with existing customers to drive seamless and timely renewals.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within your install base.
- Act quickly on inbound interest from prospective customers (0-50 FTE range).
- Maintain high responsiveness and precise organization across your pipeline.
- Strategically prioritize and pursue high-potential accounts.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 year of proven closing experience in a SaaS environment.
- Successfully owned a large book of business, juggling multiple deals efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
- Passionate about helping customers succeed and identifying creative solutions.
- Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication.
- Excellent CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and strong follow-through.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to or managing SMB/ESB customer segments.
- Familiarity with hirify.global or low-code/no-code platforms.
- Background in SaaS sales or customer lifecycle ownership (renewals + expansion).
