What you will do

  • Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover revenue opportunities and develop customized solutions for Enterprise prospects (501+ FTEs).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and Wellbeing leaders.
  • Strategize with the Sales Development team and personally generate pipeline to ensure consistency.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on impactful business outcomes.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events, showcasing its vision in Employee Wellbeing.
  • Inspire and empower others by fostering a supportive team culture that prioritizes wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS sales with new logo acquisition (501+ FTEs in Germany) and a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles (6+ months) and fostering long-term relationships in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfort engaging with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions.
  • Skilled at navigating intricate procurement/compliance processes and presenting compelling value propositions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and use data effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present commercial insights.
