TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Responsible for opportunity generation and hand-off to Sales with an accent on identifying key companies and people within the assigned region and making the first contact with those accounts. Focus on lead management, CRM activities, and innovating hirify.global’s sales development program.

Location: Remote (Brazil)

What you will do

  • Work closely with Market Research to identify key companies and people within the assigned region.
  • Generate emails and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts.
  • Generate sales appointments and directly influence sales pipeline.
  • Lead management and CRM activities using Salesforce.com.
  • Develop and maintain territory plan and provide weekly reporting.
  • Actively contribute, build, and innovate hirify.global’s sales development program and processes.

Requirements

  • English: C1 level required, Spanish is a plus.
  • University degree in business, economics, political and social sciences, linguistics, or similar.
  • 2 - 4 years on similar business development or sales related positions.
  • Lead generation, account management, or sales experience (SaaS sales a plus).
  • Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience of CRM (especially Salesforce.com) is a plus.
