What you will do
- Identify key companies and contacts within the assigned region.
- Generate sales appointments through cold-calls and email campaigns via Outreach.io.
- Manage leads and CRM activities using Salesforce.com.
- Develop and maintain territory plans for the assigned geography.
- Report on territory updates, industry trends, and regional insights.
- Contribute to and innovate hirify.global's sales development program and processes.
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level).
- University degree in a relevant field (business, economics, social sciences, linguistics).
- 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales-related positions.
- Proven experience in lead generation, account management, or sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong time management skills.
Nice to have
- Spanish language skills.
- SaaS sales experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.com CRM.
