What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, including discovery, requirements, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and closure.
• Drive process optimization and automation initiatives using methodologies like value stream analysis, design thinking, and continuous improvement.
• Provide process consulting to support standardization, calibration, compliance, and audit readiness across teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
• Contribute to cross-functional transformation projects, including enterprise systems, digital platforms, and integrated process-improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans for process changes to maintain operational stability.
• Promote and drive adoption of hirify.global Operating System (VOS) principles and behaviors, conducting related training, coaching, and capability-building sessions.
• Lead change management activities for system rollouts, process transitions, and new operating models, monitoring adoption and ensuring sustainability.
• Organize Continuous Improvement (CI) workshops and build a strong project pipeline aligned with organizational strategy and productivity targets.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Continuous Improvement role.
• Must have led at least two business transformation projects.
• Possesses hands-on knowledge in key lean and process improvement tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Working experience with SQL, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
• Ability to deliver complex projects at pace, through obstacles.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-up skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and outcome-focus.
• Intellectual curiosity about determining root causes to solve complex problems.
