What you will do

• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing senior engineering team with strong engineering standards
• Own critical areas of the Prism Infrastructure platform and drive long-term technical direction
• Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent across the organization
• Drive architecture and design discussions, review code, and influence key technical decisions
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams and stakeholders globally
• Provide operational leadership for large-scale production systems focusing on reliability, scale, performance, and security

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Belgrade, Serbia with hybrid work arrangement
• 3+ years managing engineering teams and 9+ years hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Golang, Python, or Java, Linux systems, concurrency, and distributed systems
• Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI, async APIs, SDKs, and API lifecycle management
• Experience building and operating Kubernetes platforms, Helm deployments, and disaster recovery is a plus
• Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud architectures and operational leadership of production systems
