Platform & AI Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Defining and building the infrastructure for AI enablement across SignNow, and owning the vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities. Focus on exploring, validating, and shipping AI-driven opportunities from experiments to production features, and optimizing for scalability, reliability, security, and team velocity.

Location: Remote from many countries globally. Candidates can also work from company offices in the United States, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine.

What you will do

• Define and build AI infrastructure for SignNow, including data, model integration, and reusable AI capabilities.
• Own the vision and roadmap for core platform features like segmentation, telemetry, and shared services, optimizing for scalability and reliability.
• Translate company goals and customer needs into platform investments that drive adoption, efficiency, and revenue.
• Lead AI discovery to delivery, from early experiments to production features.
• Partner with engineering, data, design, and security teams for architectural alignment and trade-offs.
• Drive delivery, measure outcomes, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in B2B or B2C SaaS.
• Proven ownership of platform/infrastructure products (e.g., auth, admin, security, data, or ML foundations).
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products or integrating AI/ML into user workflows.
• Strong product and business acumen, prioritizing by impact, ROI, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to operate strategically and hands-on in ambiguous, fast-iterating environments.
• Solid understanding of system and product architecture, platform trade-offs, and cross-team impact.
