What you will do

• Manage the entire recruitment process for high-volume hirify.globalering pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and create data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage passive top technical talent in the Latin America region.
• Ensure candidates align with hirify.global's collaborative and innovative culture.
• Foster strong, respectful relationships with candidates and stakeholders through timely communication.
• Leverage key recruitment metrics to advise hiring managers and refine recruitment processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hirify.globalering hiring, with 2+ years in-house.
• Proven ability to source and engage with technical talent in the Latin America region.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Adaptability, growth mindset, and collaborative team player.
• Strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
• This is a full-time contractor position for candidates based in Latin America only.
