TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Hrtech): Driving company growth by leading full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to influence hiring strategies, and shaping talent engagement. Focus on driving recruitment-related projects, process improvements, and promoting hirify.global’s employer brand in the US, Israel and Australia.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv District, Israel. Experience collaborating with leaders in the United States and familiarity with global recruitment (US & AUS markets).

What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — from defining needs to final offers.
  • Drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
  • Initiate and lead recruitment-related projects and process improvements, driving innovation and impact across the organization.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize processes, and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience
  • Proven experience managing complex hiring processes independently.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach — confident working with reports and KPIs.
  • Excellent sourcing abilities for both active and passive candidates.
  • Fluent English (verbal & written).

Nice to have

  • Experience leading cross-organizational projects.
  • Experience collaborating with leaders in the United States.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment (US & AUS markets).
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
