What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Go-to-Market roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting process.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Use data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
  • Promote employer branding through networking events and social media.

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist.
  • Experience sourcing for different positions and recruiting A-Z.
  • Great learning capabilities and ability to communicate across all levels.
  • Ability to understand relevant skills and target non-active candidates.
  • Team player with a passion for recruitment.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment processes and practices in the United States.
