About the role
Kidde Global Solutions is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic hiring partner across US and Canada operations. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in growth environments, enjoys influencing stakeholders, and delivers best-in-class talent through strong sourcing, advisory, and execution skills.
You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner closely with HR and business leaders, and help elevate recruiting performance, compliance, and candidate experience.
What you’ll do
— Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functional roles
— Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, team goals, and role requirements
— Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, social media, databases, and local networks
— Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and skills-short roles
— Conduct structured interviews and thorough candidate assessments
— Lead offer discussions and candidate negotiations, including compensation alignment
— Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, using market data and insights to guide hiring decisions
— Challenge unrealistic role requirements and propose alternative hiring strategies
— Partner with TA Leadership and HRBPs to align hiring plans with business priorities
— Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stakeholder and candidate experience
— Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Kidde’s talent value proposition
— Ensure strong ATS data integrity and compliance for audit, reporting, and workforce planning
What we’re looking for
— Bachelor’s degree
— 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
— Strong experience managing multiple roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
— Advanced sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools
— Ability to recruit in competitive, skills-short markets
— Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
— Solid understanding of compliance-driven recruitment processes
— Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office
— Experience supporting multi-site and multi-functional organizations
— Experience in fire & security industry is a plus
